The only noticeable difference between these two variations of the Imperial Shuttle is the color of the plastic used for the windshield in the cockpit. The first was a more transparent light grey and the second was darker and more opaque.

The last three versions of this toy were very similar. The first had a blue canopy, the others had black canopies. The second had a darker grey center stripe, and the final version had a white paint wash on the bottom as well as two black strokes on the top and bottom of the ship, but I don't know if that was a common deco.
Jedi Starfighter (Delta-7B)

The Delta-7B differed from the Delta-7 by placing the astromech droid in a socket along the center spine of the ship rather than off to the side. This ship was released first in 2009 as Obi-Wan Kenobi's red version, and was followed by Anakin Skywalker's yellow version.

P-38 Starfighter
Originally released in 2008 with the official grey and black colors, it was then released in 2009 with Cad Bane's Xanadu Blood colors. When leaked images of the second version began appearing on eBay, most people thought it was a factory reject with bad graffiti because the Xanadu Blood hadn't been revealed yet.

Podracer (Anakin Skywalker's)
Released in early 2008 and mid 2009, the first version has a slightly darker grey wash on the ends of the engines. The major difference I found though was that pink energy binders are quite pale on the first version and much darker on the second version.

One of the few Episode I Die-Cast vehicles, this was a clean paint originally, and when released with the Titanium Series in 2009 it was given a paint job that represented significant wear and tear. |
Speeder Bikes
The Speeder Bikes are a unique circumstance in that each one is a remold rather than a repaint. The speeder bike itself never changes, but the rider does, starting with a Scout Trooper, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa with Paploo rounding out the Return Of the Jedi versions. Eventually we received three more versions from other places in the continuity.
Swamp Speeder

Two of these had white clonetroopers, one had green highlights and the other had red highlights. The last release had camouflaged clonetroopers and dirt painted over its green highlights.

The first version of this had a darker paint wash applied across the fighter, while the second version had a cloudier plastic used for the cockpit and silver was used on R2-D2's dome.
X-wing Starfighter (New Tool) (Biggs Darklighter's X-wing)
Among the newly released Titaniums for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens was a 4-pack that included, among other things, an X-wing named Biggs Darklighter's X-wing. The only problem with this is that the new X-wing was painted with 2 stripes indicating Red 2 and Biggs piloted Red 3. I have therefore included in this comparison shot, the actual Red 2, Wedge Antilles' X-wing on the left, the 4-pack X-wing in the middle, and the actual Biggs Darklighter's X-wing, Red 3, on the right.
